How it all began…

I grew up in Bakersfield, CA when at an early age my dad joked I should become a Chiropractor so that I could take care of him as he got older. So with the seed planted, I went on to become a Chiropractor and soon after moved away from home (sorry Dad) to a place called Rancho California that was eventually changed to Temecula.
After graduation, I took another year’s worth of classes to attain my Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner degree. I was chosen to become part of an elite sports program called, Wrangler Sports Chiropractic, where we worked with the PRCA (Pro Rodeo Cowboy Association) rodeos and NASCAR for over 12 years.

I have been a chiropractor for 30 years, 27 of those in the Temecula Valley. I absolutely love being a Chiropractor and love it even more than when I first started. I met the love of my life while working out at 24 Hour Fitness. It was as they say, love at first squat! We got married in Maui or as the locals say, “just Maui’d” and have been happily married for 20 years and have 3 children. The office is a family practice where we work on the very young to the not so very young. Having been an athlete myself, and by athlete I mean someone who got a bunch of green 3rd place ribbons and gold plastic trophy participation awards, I also have an emphasis on treating sports injuries. I have been blessed to work with many of today’s top extreme athletes, including motocross, supercross and freestyle riders. Also I’ve been able to work with professional golfers and baseball players, elite dancers, as well as local youth football, baseball, wrestling, soccer, cross country, water polo, lacrosse, volleyball and softball. My hobbies include baseball, golf, hiking, biking, going to the gym and finding laughter in all aspects of life! My father taught me the golden rule at an early age, “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.” This along with “Love God and love others'” has been my approach on how I treat my patients and has been the key to my success my entire career.
